These terms govern your use of this website, 3ck.com.au, operated by 3CK. We have written them in plain English. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@3ck.com.au.

In these terms, “3CK”, “we” and “us” mean 3CK Impact (ABN 59 294 925 400), the trading partnership of Matthew Alberto and Phuong Nguyen. 3CK is our trading brand, not a registered business name. “You” means anyone who visits or uses this website.

1. What these terms cover — and what they don’t

These terms cover your use of this website: browsing our pages, submitting our enquiry form, and any Donation Engine demonstration linked from or embedded in a page we’ve sent you.

They do not cover an actual paid engagement with 3CK — if you become a client, that relationship is governed by our signed Master Services Agreement, which prevails over anything here on any point the two address differently. They also do not cover donors giving through a Donation Engine we’ve built for a charity client — that is governed by the charity’s own terms and privacy policy, not ours. For how we handle your personal information, see our Privacy Policy — it sits alongside these terms, not instead of them.

2. Website content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, everything on this website — the text, design, layout, graphics, the 3CK name and logo, and the Donation Engine software shown in any demo — is 3CK’s property or used under licence. You may view and share pages of this website for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or build a product or service from this website’s content, design, or underlying software without our written permission.

Case studies, screenshots, and metrics shown on this website relate to real client engagements published with that client’s agreement, or are illustrative examples clearly presented as such.

3. The Donation Engine demo is a demonstration, not a live donation page

Where we show you a Donation Engine on this website or a page we’ve sent you — including any personalised demo built to illustrate how a charity’s donation page could look — it is a working demonstration built for illustration only, unless we tell you plainly otherwise. It does not belong to, and is not yet live for, the charity it is styled after unless that charity has engaged us and gone live. Do not use a demo to make a real donation to any organisation; if you want to support a charity shown in a demo, please give through that charity’s own, actual donation page.

4. General information, not advice

Content on this website — including anything about accessibility (WCAG), DGR/ATO receipting, data-protection law, or donation-platform regulation — is general information only. 3CK does not provide legal, tax, financial, or fundraising-compliance advice through this website. It is not a substitute for advice from your own qualified professional, and you should not rely on it as such before making a decision for your organisation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the website’s normal operation;
• scrape, mine, or systematically extract content or data from this website;
• submit false, misleading, or spam content through our enquiry form; or
• use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else’s rights.

6. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party sites — for example a client’s own website, or a booking or payment provider. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your information. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion.

7. No warranty, and limitation of liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We take reasonable care with its accuracy, but we don’t guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free, or that it will be available uninterrupted.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, or warranty implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, 3CK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website — including any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make that clear on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
