3CK charges 2.5% of donations, with a $2,500/yr minimum (2.5% of $100,000). There is no monthly fee, no setup fee and no tiers, and the rate never changes as you grow. It comes out of each donation automatically on your own Stripe account, so there's no invoice to chase. Stripe's own standard card-processing fee applies on top, the same as any Stripe merchant. And there are no pre-selected tips at your checkout: a donor who does nothing pays nothing extra.

Yes. Every donation page and website we build is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA by default, not audited and fixed afterwards. We also offer a standalone accessibility audit for existing sites.

Yours. We build and run your Donation Engine on your own Stripe account. We never take custody of donor funds, and you own the donor relationship and data.

Yes, for DGR-endorsed charities. An ATO-compliant tax-deductible receipt is generated and emailed automatically the instant a gift is made, plus a consolidated annual statement for recurring donors at EOFY.

A donation page is the full page a supporter lands on; a donation form is the actual set of fields and checkout steps within it. In practice you need both working well together, which is exactly what the 3CK Donation Engine provides as one seamless experience — you don't need to think about the distinction.

There's an optional "cover the card processing fee" checkbox donors can choose — but it's opt-in and unticked by default, never pre-selected. We built it this way deliberately: your donors should always be making an active choice, not defaulted into one.
